การรับยา ใบนัด และ ใบเจาะเลือด ณ ตึก จุมภฏฯ ชั้น 1
โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ (ลดการแออัดของการรอตรวจ รับยา และ ใบนัด) ช่วงการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัส COVID -19 ขั้นตอนมีดังนี้
- ท่านจะได้รับการโทรแจ้งในการสั่งยาล่วงหน้าจากทางแพทย์ หรือเจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาล (ท่านที่ไม่ได้รับการโทรแจ้ง หรือ confirm จะไม่สามารถรับยาได้)
- ท่านต้องรับยาภายใน 7 วันหลังการโทรแจ้ง
- เวลารับยาที่ตึกจุมภฎ คือ 8:00-16:00 น. เท่านั้น (ทั้งผู้ป่วยใช้บริการทีคลินิกในเวลาหรือนอกเวลาฯ)
- 4. ท่านสามารถผ่านการเงินได้ที่ตึกจุมภฏฯ (มีการเงินที่ตึกจุมภฏฯ)
- ท่านสามารถรับใบนัด และ ใบเจาะเลือดได้ที่เดียวกับที่รับยา (เพียงแต่ท่านแจ้ง เน้นย้ำ กับทางเจ้าหน้าที่ตึกจุมภฏฯ ว่าช่วยพิมพ์ใบนัดและใบเจาะเลือดให้ด้วย)
- หากมีปัญหา ติดต่อ เคาเตอร์คลินิก ที่ท่านเคยตรวจ
แผนที่ตึกจุมภฎฯ (ลูกศรสีเหลือง) หรือตึกที่ติดกับร้าน Puff and Pie ของการบินไทย (เข้าทางด้านหน้า ตึกสก.)
